To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ctrl+Clutter and its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we make any warranty regarding results obtained from using our Services.
